At the ICN we have developed several methods of obtaining help. Throughout the website, we have strategically positioned online help, look for the small ? icon, as displayed in the image below.

Another method of help is via our Knowledge Base, which is very comprehensive and growing daily. Just go to https://icnaustralia.tawk.help/

Of course, every link on the vast website does have some form of instruction or intuitive help on it. Many of the pages launch PDFs or other forms of information.

An example of help is the PRO link, it launches a PDF, as will most of the links and sublinks on the extensive main menu system.

Finally, when all else fails, you can Chat with a real person in the Chatbox but please, make this your last resort, every question you're likely to ask is answered somewhere on the alternative methods above. If you do use the Chatbox (coloured in purple in the image above), please search for your information by typing in a question in the 'Search for answers' section and clicking on the magnifying glass.

If searching for your answer is not fruitful, then please fill in the three sections of your Name, E-mail Address and click on the Department you require, at the moment only the Technical Support section is activated. Then click on Start Chat. If you start the chat and don't get answered within 3 minutes you will get another automated message with instructions on what to do. Real help is available for about 18 hours every day, so if you happen to want to chat in the early hours of the day, you will have to switch to e-mail and then get your answer a few hours later. The e-mail address to use if your chat request is not answered is [email protected]
