End Chat
How a person ends a chat

A chat can only be ended by the person that initiates the chat.
Please end the chat after you have finished discussing your topic, using the following procedure.
Click on the three horizontal lines icon next the the X on the top right hand side of the Chat Widget. A drop down list will be displayed. Please click on 'End this chat session'.
The next screen will appear, asking you to confirm you wish to 'End Chat' or you can 'Cancel' and resume the Chat if you wish. Clicking on End Chat effectively severs the link between your computer and our server.
