ICN Knowledge Base

There are two main ways to use the ICN FAQ Knowledge Base, which contains answers to almost every question you are likely to ask. The first method is via a search bar that is embedded into the ICN Chat widget which is visible on the ICN Portal (website). It's strategically positioned there so that you can find out the answer before initiating a chat with a real human.

The second method is to go to the actual ICN FAQ Knowledge Base directly. Once you get there you will see a search bar at the top where you can type in questions.

You can also go to one of 9 categories which are Problems, Registration, FAQ, Rules, Communication, Divisions, Financial, Hacks and Miscellaneous. Each category is broken down into individual articles.

For example, using Registration, once you have clicked on it, a new page opens displaying all the articles in the category of Registration, as show in the image below.

Then by clicking on an article, for example, 'How to Register', the actual article will open for you to read, shown below.
