My event won't let me register

I clicked on Enter New Event, and went to the Domestic Events list, I scrolled down, but my event wasn't in the list, despite it being on the calendar.

This happens when the event is locked in on the calendar but not yet activated by the promoter. All that has to be done by the promoter, is to click the 'Activate' button and the event will be added to the dropdown list automatically. Then you will be able to register for the event. Each event has a different promoter, and despite them knowing a year in advance of the date because they have booked the venue, they each select the time they wish for registration to go Active. If you really want to know exactly when the promoter is intending to activate his/her event, simply go to the Full Calendar and see the promoter's contact method which is either a telephone number or e-mail address.
